The City of New Bern (City) seeks a qualified consulting firm (Consultant) with experienced principal staff to provide full support to City staff in the development and preparation of the Consolidated Plan for Program Years 2019–2024 in accordance with all applicable requirements as prescribed in the Code of Federal Regulations (24 CFR Part 91). The Consolidated Plan will cover the period from July 1, 2019, through June 30, 2024. The Consolidated Plan must also include the Program Year (PY) 2019 Annual Action Plan (July 1, 2019, through June 30, 2020). The Annual Action Plan is prepared by City staff. This effort is funded by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development. All interested parties must submit a response to this RFP by February 4, 2019, in order to be considered.
