The main functions of the Water Resources Administration Division are to provide the needed technical and administrative support required for the proper operation of the City’s water and wastewater infrastructure and treatment facilities. This division also is responsible for the implementation of other various capital improvement projects throughout the City. Key tasks performed by members of this division include: capital improvement projects (design, permitting, & construction administration), capacity planning (short term & long range), update & enforce design standards and policies, and to serve a liaison between City officials, private developers, and regulatory representatives.
