Stanley White Recreation Center was substantially damaged during hurricane Florence in 2018. The center was inundated with more than 2 feet of water. FEMA has approved funding for a replacement & we are currently in the midst of an environmental assessment. As we move forward with rebuilding a new Stanley White, the old rec center must come down. Demolition began the week of January 11th.
