Director of Finance

The Finance Department is responsible for managing the City’s funds, administering financial policies and procedures, and maintaining complete records of all financial transactions.  Funds and records are managed and maintained in accordance with applicable State and Federal regulations.

The department is comprised of Accounting and Purchasing & Warehouse Divisions. These divisions are responsible for the administration of financial services and accounting activities including the development and oversight of budgets, management of cash and investments, processing accounts payable and payroll, asset management, grant management, purchasing and contracting, inventory, revenue collections, debt management, and financial reporting. 

Our mission is to perform all services in a professional, courteous, and timely manner, and provide quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders while ensuring compliance with Federal, State, and local laws, regulations, policies, and reporting requirements.

The office of the Director of Finance, Kimberly Ostrom is located on the second floor at 606 Ft. Totten Drive. Office hours are Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
