Purchasing & Warehouse

The Purchasing and Warehouse Division maintains the warehouse inventory, manages the surplus property within Gov Deals, provides procurement services, oversees the City Bid and Proposal Opportunities, and manages City contracts.

The Purchasing Division has the responsibility to ensure that all procurement activity is conducted in compliance with all federal and state laws, regulations, local ordinances, and approved City policies and procedures. The Purchasing Division provides impartial and equal treatment of all suppliers affording to do business with the City. Furthermore, the City ensures  a good faith effort in the outreach and recruitment activities with suppliers to bid on goods, services, and construction projects in effort to provide opportunities to all businesses, including minority businesses.
