The City of New Bern will receive bids for the Construction of a Half Basketball Court at Pierce Park, New Bern, NC until 10:00 A.M. (prevailing local time) on April 12, 2024 at the Offices of the Department of Development Services, 303 First Street, New Bern, NC 28560. Immediately following the time the bids are due, they will be publicly opened and read aloud on April 12, 2024 at the Offices of the Department of Development Services.
The project consists of the Construction of a Half Basketball Court at Pierce Park, located at 1805 National Avenue. Work consists of constructing a concrete surface and installing fencing.
There will be a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting on March 28, 2024 at 2:00 P.M. (prevailing local time) at the Offices of Department of Development Services of the City of New Bern, 303 First Street, New Bern, NC 28560.
The City of New Bern reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding.
